Michelle Locke started her journey at UMG 7 years ago as °1824’s administrative assistant and has worked her way up to leading the division’s Strategic & Brand Partnerships arm. Her team of 25+ college representatives in the field have secured over 400 partnerships for artists including NCT 127, Miranda Lambert, Remi Wolf, Nicki Minaj, Role Model, Rae Sremmurd, Ice Spice & many more. During her time with the team, she also co-founded the Plug in Mentorship program which has paired over 75 students of color with a music industry mentor.

Michelle has recently transitioned into an exciting new chapter as Head of Campus at The Beam, bringing her wealth of experience and passion for connecting emerging talent with the industry to a new platform.
