Ava Solomon is an artist-first manager and entrepreneur focused on long-term, sustainable career development for emerging talent. After discovering a passion for management through NYU's Clive Davis Institute, Ava launched NXTWAVE Music Group (NXTMG) in 2018. Since then, NXTMG has shaped the careers of artists including Avery Lynch, Buffchick, Julia Campbell, Lauren Creviston, Pedro Mizutani, Yonny, and Zoe Ko — supporting them through all phases, from early releases to national tours and major label signings. In 2023, Ava co-founded DVLPMNT, an investor-backed incubator that empowers independent artists through early-stage funding and resources, with 10 artists signed, 17.5M+ streams generated, and placements on Stereogum, KEXP, and Consequence's Best 200 of 2025. The work is rooted in collaboration, strategy, and a deep belief in artist empowerment.
